Made-from-Scratch Marshmallows.

While you’re getting all set for hot cocoa, pull out all the homemade goodness with these sweet homemade marshmallows. These are such a special treat with a made-from-scratch touch and make a good food gift for the holidays too.

This was my first time attempting marshmallows from scratch, and it was a ton of fun (but also super sticky!) You can be the judge of if these are better than everyday marshmallows taste wise, but they’re certainly much cuter! I used a biscuit cutter to cut each marshmallow, and they fit perfectly in a big cocoa mug. My only wish is that they turned out thicker, but these are still so much fun for the holidays. Love to hear how yours turn out!
