Seasonal Ingredients in Your Holiday Decor

There are so many ways to decorate your home during the holidays. Today I am sharing a few of my favorite ways to use seasonal ingredients in your holiday decor this year.

Seasonal Ingredients in Your Holiday Decor

I love decorating with fresh greenery more than anything at the holidays. I always had an artificial tree growing up so I always yearned for the beauty + fragrance of that evergreen each year. Same with garland. But I also love using other fresh + seasonal elements in my holiday decor.

Here are a few fresh things you can tie into your decor this season.

ORANGES

Oranges make a bright and beautiful fixture on your table. I love using dehydrated oranges for holiday decor. Check out our recipe for chocolate-dipped oranges, too!

POMEGRANATES

We used pomegranates on our table at the farm for the holiday — I just love their seasonally appropriate color and the way they pop beside greenery and on wooden tables or on the mantle.

ARTICHOKES

Artichokes look gorgeous on your mantle or tablescape alongside pomegranates, or used to fill a big vase in the center of your table.

CRANBERRIES

Cranberries are perfect for DIY garland that you can scatter around your home, on your table, or on your tree.

Love to know what other fresh elements you are using this holiday season #HEIRLOOMED
