Breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day. If breakfast is on a menu, I will always order it despite the time of day so naturally I have a host of breakfast-time recipes as part of my go-to arsenal.
I’m sharing this classic Cinnamon Coffee Cake recipe, adapted from a recipe my mom made for us growing up as part of my partnership with Dixie Crystals Sugar. This is always my go-to for a morning coffee meeting and is perfect to make when you have houseguests. It seems a bit more elevated to me than some other breakfast breads or rolls and that crumble texture on top paired with the dense cake beneath is an instant hit with everyone.
