On the 5th Day of Christmas Cookies we’re bringing you golden rings of honey! These rich Honey Christmas Trees are a spin on the classic sugar cookie cut out and instead are light and fluffy. There is so much honey in this recipe that you can smell the aroma from the oven straight to your mouth.
12 Days of Christmas Cookies: Honey Christmas Trees
I loved dusting these in a coating of powdered sugar or adding a drizzle of honey, but they would also be delicious with a glaze coating of icing as well, maybe with a touch of lemon or cinnamon. If you’re looking for something with a little twist to bring to your next Holiday Cookie Exchange, this is the recipe for you!
