These roasted mushrooms are a simple and delicious veggie to add to your meals. Try with a grain or with potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Kosher salt
  • Olive oil
  • Thyme (or your preferred herb)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Add kosher salt, olive oil and thyme to sliced mushrooms.
  3. Roast for 30 minutes. I suggest adding these in with a grain or rice for a full meal!
