This recipe for Alabama White Sauce has just the right amount of tang and flavor for pulled pork, chicken or ribs.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mayo
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 to 2 teaspoons horseradish
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover and chill before serving.
- You can modify the recipe a bit if needed. For example, add additional apple cider vinegar for a thinner sauce with a bit more bite, or add more cayenne pepper for added spice.
