Homemade Whipped Cream

Homemade whipped cream is the perfect topping for any dessert. Also try a dollop with a bowl of fresh fruit.


  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2 TBSP granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Using a hand mixer with whisk attachment, whisk all ingredients together on low speed for :30 seconds until well combined.
  2. Beat on high speed until you reach stiff peak stage, approximately 2-3 minutes being cautious not to over beat.
  3. Serve a dollop atop your favorite dessert like pie, ice cream or fresh fruit – enjoy!
