12 Days of Christmas Cookies.

December is finally here (and so is my Mom) so that officially means holiday music non-stop on my radio, visits to Santa, decorating every square inch of the house and of course, Christmas Cookies.

I’m so thrilled to share a very special new hand-illustrated Holiday Tea Towel that you use have for the season. So, we’re taking the first “12 days of Christmas” to celebrate 12 of our family’s favorite classic Christmas cookie recipes.

Each cookie is featured on the tea towel and guess what? My mom is the one who illustrated it so it’s all the more special to me. Not coincidentally she’s the one that taught me to bake each of these cookies so this has truly been one of the most special, full-circle projects I’ve gotten the chance to work on to date.

Here’s a list of the 12 Christmas Cookie recipes I’ll be featuring:

Stay tuned over the next two weeks or so as I share these classic recipes and a whole lot more about all the holiday traditions that I love. The nostalgia of the holiday season, from decor you use year after year, traditions that have been passed down and the recipes that just make the season what it is – it’s what heirloomed is all about. And seeing the season through the eyes of my kiddos is all the more special.

I’d love for you to share some of your favorite decor, traditions + recipes too with hashtag #HEIRLOOMEDHOLIDAY all season.
