On the 6th Day of Christmas Cookies we’re bringing the classics with these Chocolate Crinkles. I must admit, I’ve enjoyed these for years + years but the first time I actually made them from scratch all by myself I was a little leery of how these would turn out.
12 Days of Christmas Cookies: Chocolate Crinkles
Did I make the batter wrong? Had I mixed up some ingredients? The dough was very sticky, in the same way a brownie batter is just after you’ve mixed all the ingredients. But it pulled together and I was able to make little balls for dipping into the powdered sugar.
These are absolutely gorgeous cookies that are equally as yummy. I hope you’ll put this into your “class Christmas” rotation because they have such a beautiful nostalgia to them.
