THE PHOTO ABOVE WAS TAKEN AT OUR VERY FIRST PHOTOSHOOT BACK IN 2006. I HAD NO CLUE WHAT I WAS DOING OR WHAT THIS LITTLE IDEA COULD BECOME. MY GRANDMOTHER AND I HAD GOTTEN TO THE POINT OF NOT BEING ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH DEMAND FOR OUR APRONS BY SEWING THEM OURSELVES AND I HAD JUST RECEIVED THESE APRON SAMPLES BACK FROM OUR VERY FIRST MANUFACTURING PARTNER. I SHOWED UP AT MY AUNTS CONDO, WHICH SHE GRACIOUSLY LET ME BORROW FOR THE SHOOT, TO MEET THE PHOTOGRAPHER WITH A BUNDLE OF PROPS IN HAND AND SOME FRESHLY IRONED APRONS.

18 YEARS LATER ...

WHAT I AM MOST PROUD OF IS THAT NOT MUCH HAS CHANGED. WE ARE STILL WORKING WITH THE VERY SAME MANUFACTURING TEAM WHO PRODUCED OUR ORIGINAL COLLECTION, BUT ON A MUCH LARGER SCALE. WE ARE ALSO STILL SHOOTING WITH THE VERY SAME PHOTOGRAPHER, HEIDI, WHO OVER THE YEARS HAS CAPTURED EVERYTHING FOR ME, BOTH PERSONALLY & PROFESSIONALLY. INCLUDING MY ENGAGEMENT, WEDDING, THREE NEWBORNS & FAMILY PHOTOS. SOME OF OUR VERY BEST SHOPS ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND SOME OF OUR VERY FAVORITE CUSTOMERS ARE STILL SUPPORTING US TODAY.
