Honey Butter


This honey butter could make anything taste incredible. Try this recipe on a homemade biscuit or with chicken. Great for sweet + savory.


  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp kosher salt


  1. Soften one stick of unsalted butter to room temperature.  Cut into cubes if needed.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat softened butter and milk with a hand-mixer on low speed for 1-2 minutes until blended. Beat on hi-speed for another 2-3 minutes until whipped + fluffy.  
  1. Add honey and salt and fold in until combined. 
  1. Serve immediately and store any remaining in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
