A new take on the classic Mojito, we used a vintage punch bowl to make this delicious mint cocktail easy to serve at your next party or gathering.
Mojito Punch
Mint, lime, and rum all in one drink? Count me in! Mojitos are a refreshing, mint-filled cocktail to make when it is warm outside. I’m never at a shortage of sprawling mint in my garden so finding recipes to use the leaves in makes me pretty happy. With plenty of zest and sweetness of flavor, the mojito is a perfect cocktail for a party.
I love making cocktails in punch bowls because it makes hosting that much easier. I am constantly pulling my punch bowl out during the holiday season so I wanted to challenge myself to get some more spring + summer rotations in the mix.
I throw some muddled mint leaves, freshly sliced limes and lime juice, mint simple syrup, rum, and club soda in my favorite vintage punch bowl and serve them up in some vintage punch glasses. Not only is this drink a hit at parties, but it makes for a beautiful center piece on my table or kitchen counter.
I love serving it this way at parties, because it is so easy to serve to a large group of guests, rather than muddling mint for each cup. I could see this one being the perfect baby or bridal shower cocktail too.
