And just when I thought I had mastered the “basics” of cooking, along comes a new taste.
Sweet. Sour. Salty. Bitter. And, now … Umami.
While I’m intrigued by the concept in and of itself, I was instantly swooning over the simplicity of the packaging. I’m a sucker for an aluminum tube.
