This sweet and refreshing cocktail is perfect to serve at brunch or any summer gathering.
Ingredients

- 1.5 oz cathead Honeysuckle Vodka
- 3 oz club soda or tonic water (your preference)
- A few rhubarb slices
- Fresh honeysuckle to top cocktail
Instructions
- Start by simmering the rhubarb down in a saucepan with a little bit of water, and a few sprinkles of granulated sugar so it is softer and mushy.
- Strain the juice into the shaker so you’re just getting the flavor in the cocktail.
- Then fill shaker with ice, vodka, and club soda.
- Shake for a few seconds and pour over ice.
- Top drink with fresh honeysuckle.
