Fall Apple Cider Cocktail

Description

This fall apple cider cocktail recipe balances warm notes of cinnamon with the sweet, familiar fall taste of apple cider. Serve for pique fall entertaining. 


Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 8 oz. Apple Cider
  • 2 oz. Vodka, Gin, or Bourbon of choice
  • 1.5 tsp Maple Syrup

Garnish

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • Apple crisps
  • Sprigs of Rosemary (1 per cocktail)
  • Cinnamon stick (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine apple cider, alcohol of your choice, and maple syrup and shake until well combined
  2. Dip cocktail glass into apple cider to wet the rim, then into a shallow plate or bowl of cinnamon and granulated sugar mixture
  3. Place ice cubes into sugar-rimmed glasses, pour in cocktail mixture, garnish with apple crisps, rosemary sprig, and cinnamon stick for optimal presentation
  4. Serve and enjoy!
